In the first Ghostbusters film, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man is the main bad guy, appearing in the movie’s climax as the physical manifestation of a Sumerian god named Gozer.
At first, though, he appears as a friendly advertising mascot for a fictional marshmallow product. In that first capacity, we can definitely imagine how the Marshmallow Man may have somehow fathered this baby. Not only do they have the same wide green and round eyes, but they somehow have the same head shape.
