Woody Allen’s second wife and famous actress of the ’70s Louise Lasser became the first ever guest host to get banned from SNL. While hosting the finale of season one in 1976, Lasser appeared to be incoherent and disoriented on screen.
She was also reportedly difficult to work with as she refused to be in any scenes with any other member of the cast aside from Chevy Chase. Lorne Michaels disliked the episode so much, that he stated he never wants it to be re-aired again.
