Unlike the other celebrities we have mentioned, you can find a video of Kim Kardashian’s laser eye surgery on YouTube. The reality television star underwent the procedure in 2011, during season three of reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, while her sisters looked on in horror.
Kim reportedly liked the way she looked in her glasses, but according to several rumors, Kanye West, her then boyfriend, didn’t like the spectacles. The story goes that Kanye’s song Guilt Trip is actually about how much Kanye hated those glasses, and Kim got the surgery to appease him. Even though you’re supposed to rest after the procedure, Kim went ahead and performed with the Pussycat Dolls the next day.
