Here’s another athlete who gave his career a boost by getting corrective eye surgery. Lebron James had his laser surgery in 2007, and since then has noticed a significant improvement in his stats and performance.

While we’re not sure if we can really attribute his success to being able to see more clearly, it certainly didn’t hurt. And it makes sense – working out in glasses is not always comfortable, and not everyone can wear contacts all the time.
