Theo Rossi worked hard before he got his big break on Sons Of Anarchy, and he has definitely always been one to go for the bad or troubled roles. Also on Veronica Mars he played someone who initially seemed to have a pretty questionable character.
Norris is somewhat of a misfit student without many friends, who gets framed for having explosives. Luckily for Norris, Veronica gets on the case and figures out he was indeed innocent, even though he looks the part of a trouble maker.
