As well as their reputable hospital, WRAS also runs a wildlife veterinary ambulance service. With this, the charity runs an out-of-hours and overnight service, as well as utilizing them during the day.

The four ambulances are equipped with ladders, nets, stretchers, first aid kits, and more; helping to rescue hundreds of animals in danger. WRAS also have rehabilitation facilities in multiple locations for recovering wildlife casualties. Some of these rehabilitating animals also go home with volunteers, where they can recover in hutches or pens, closer to their natural environments.
