In May 2016, WRAS received a telephone call about a wild fox cub who had found itself in some trouble. The charity’s founder, Trevor Weeks, answered the call. A family had noticed something unusual in their drain pipe and upon further inspection, found a young fox cub at the bottom.
They left the drain cover off overnight in hopes that its mother would come to retrieve it. They had no idea how she might get down the pipe to save her cub, but they hoped she could somehow.
