Jorge Sr. and Leonor had never received a note from a member of the faculty or staff at their kids’ school before, and they didn’t know what to think.
After having some time to process things, they began bursting with pride at their children’s actions, they were thankful for Cindy and her kind words, and – perhaps most of all – they were in shock. If that was the kind of note their kids were going to receive during their school years, they had no reason to be worried.
