Many of the men in these pictures seem like they have resigned themselves to their fate. They are not resisting or fighting their situation.
Instead, they make themselves as comfortable as they can and bury themselves in their phones for however long their wife or girlfriend decides to stay in the store. This man would clearly rather be anywhere else but where he is, but we don’t see him complaining. He’s just making the best of his unfortunate shopping situation.
