In fact, Farrah was so worried that something was going to happen she ended up hiring a security guard that would follow her around 24 hours a day. It wasn’t until Farrah began dating Hollywood beefcake Ryan O’Neal that she ditched her security and having the just her beau by her side. Apparently, this was due to Ryan not liking having a third wheel with them all the time.
