Having lots in common with your man is great. After all, you can send many evenings and weekend sharing the same hobbies and spending time together. However, one of the great things about humans is that we all have different interests. Why would someone want to be dating someone who brings nothing new to the relationship?
Pretending to have the same opinions, like the same things, or life goals is only setting up for a disaster later on down the line. Can you imagine spending years getting dragged along to every football game after pretending you loved sports? Rather than having fun, you’ll probably end up resenting your man and falling out in the long run.
