Vocal fry, or creaky voice, is that godawful tendency to end sentences with an unnaturally croaky, low-pitched voice. Pretty much all of the Kardashians do it, and ignoring for a moment the fact that long-term it’s probably bad for your throat, virtually every man on the planet finds it annoying.

Remember Britney Spears’ 1998 hit, Baby One More Time? Imagine someone speaking like that, all the time. It doesn’t make women sound like Kim Kardashian, just grating ditzes.
