Being there to support someone means we can often find ourselves lending a helping hand every now and then. It can be tough to ask for help, and sometimes it feels as though we need to offer up our assistance to save someone the trouble of asking. While it might seem as though we’re only trying our best to be the perfect partner, this might come across as an insult to our men.
Why? Not everyone likes to hear they need help. If someone is proud of their hair or an essay only to hear they need a little help to get it right, it could feel like a personal attack. It’s best to read the situation if you want to get the most out of your relationship, and perhaps try to stick to being the helping hand whenever you’re asked?
