Colleen Shepherd, in 2007, tried to sue Nowzaradan over the passing of her daughter, Tina, following a gastric bypass procedure. And five years later another patient’s wife tried to bring a similar suit against the TV doctor. Naturally, he denied both claims, and it seems as though they were both eventually dropped as well.
