The couple were overwhelmed and saddened to hear the news, but they knew that they had to carry on with their plight to become parents. So, they got back into contact with the adoption agency and hoped that their second attempt would be more successful. Once again, they were overjoyed to hear that there was a woman willing to hand over her baby, and their excitement levels rose as each month passed. Sadly, they were faced with the same situation again, as the birth mother later chose to keep her baby.
