As their adoption efforts fell at the last hurdle, Kaley and Jeremy decided to turn to fostering. While they knew it would not be a permanent fixture, they just wanted to become parents, and they were willing to do anything. It was during this experience that they were offered the chance to foster twin girls by the name of Haven and Indie. Although the couple fell madly in love with the twins, they were careful not to get too attached – because they had a feeling that they would be leaving them soon.
