It seemed as though the couple were right about their hunch, because a few months after they took Haven and Indie into their home, their aunt got into contact. She wanted to be the sole guardian of the twins, and she would be taking them off their hand. She thanked them for looking after her nieces, and their house was soon empty. Although they had prepared themselves, the loss of the twins really affected the couple, and they knew that fostering wasn’t for them. They wanted something more permanent.
