Amazingly, Kaley was not a stranger to the world of adoption. It had become a family tradition of hers to adopt children and give them the second chance they so needed in life. Her father was adopted himself, and she even had a sister that was adopted. Kaley had grown up around those who had gone through a similar process, and she knew it was a sign. Perhaps she and her husband weren’t meant to have their own child in the first place. Perhaps they were supposed to adopt all along.
