The whole ordeal started after k1p1coder was asked to be a bridesmaid by one of her friends. She’d been close with this person in high school, although they’d started drifting apart following graduation. After reconnecting and reminiscing about their past, the Reddit user’s old pal wondered if she was willing to be a bridesmaid. Her wedding was coming up, and she was hoping to have the woman as part of her bridal party. Understandably, k1p1coder was flattered, and she agreed to the job without hesitation.
She wanted to help her old friend have an unforgettable wedding. However, she never anticipated just how much of an influence she’d have on the big day. It was only when she learned of the woman’s financial situation and stepped in to offer some assistance that she transformed the day into something amazing. That’s how this other woman came to hear of her.
