Unfortunately, trying to defend herself on Reddit was never going to go down well. Every time the woman attempted to justify her actions, she had people coming back at her saying she didn’t deserve to get married.
Even when she admitted that she’d screwed up big time, no-one seemed willing to show her any sympathy. They all imagined themselves in her boyfriend’s shoes and knew he was the one they should feel sorry for. They’d have been just as devastated if their partner had done the same thing to them.
