It’s safe to say that the Royal Family have been concerned about how they come across to the public, and they have had to be careful where Meghan is concerned. Historically, the Royal Family are an incredibly stoic bunch who have always tried to keep their personal affairs private; although not always being successful.
Of course, people will always be interested in what’s going on behind-the-scenes of the Royal Family; since it seems almost more scandalous when they do something that they’re not supposed to. However, due to Meghan and Harry’s more fortified approach to the media, it seems they have received much more as a result of their secrecy. Of course, this has not been met kindly by the public and may have caused some severe backlash.
