Pharrell greeted the Duchess by saying that he is happy for their union and that, considering ‘the current climate,’ what they have is special and many of them are cheering them on. It was a thoughtful thing to say to the Duchess.
No doubt, having someone like Pharrell say that to her was moving, especially after everything the couple has been through. Of course, this then meant she needed to give a just as thoughtful response to the celeb.
