Chris and Rachael then told Kristi to sit in the chair, where Chris would begin the full makeover. He told Kristi that now the most part of her hair was gone, he would fix it, to make it neat and styled.
They assured Kristi that it was going to be lovely in the end and that the change would be worth it. Without explicitly saying it, they were asking Kristi to trust in them – something we can imagine is hard when no one else has styled your hair in years!
