Every guest at a wedding has an important role, but some members of the wedding party have more responsibility than others. Groomsmen are the ones that are often one of the most visible parts of the wedding. Many grooms opt to ask people that are close to them or have been an important part of their lives. This could be anyone from a relation, such as a father, step-father, or brother, or a friend they have grown close to over the years.
That’s not all. If there is only one groomsman, then they are often referred to as the best man and have to take on all the responsibilities themselves. However, many working together can be a responsible group to assist the groom – or cause their own set of mischief along the way.
