This user agreed that u/LiveDriver wasn’t necessarily in the wrong for leaving the date, but thought he did leave badly. Instead of just leaving they thought u/LiveDriver should have sat down with the woman and talked about how he was feeling.
They thought it was maybe just an ill-planned way of bringing up the fact she had a kid in the first place. There had been a decent amount of time for her to do it, but she hadn’t so this was like ripping the band-aid off.
