Rico Soegiarto is a 26-year-old living in Bali. The island is a massive attraction for many tourists, so it might be no surprise to hear that it’s filled with hotels and resorts. Here, Rico works at the Anvaya Beach Resort as one of their night audits.
This means the local is used to working all through the night before returning home in the morning. These walks can often be peaceful. It is too early for the hustle and bustle of the crowds to be out on the streets. Plus, the animals are still in bed before waking up to a new day. However, there was one morning walk, in particular, that was about to change Rico’s life forever.
