As is often the case with the internet, however, not everyone was thrilled with the story or the Jimmy John’s delivery guy’s actions.
While most comments online were very much congratulatory, with some even saying that “not all heroes wear capes,” others took issue with his actions. One woman, for example, suggested that the delivery guy should be fired. Why? His job was merely to bring folks their food, she claimed, not “get in people’s business.”
