Two months passed, and it looked as though everyone had put the embarrassing event behind them. However, this was only the beginning of the story. It seemed as though the woman’s boyfriend wanted their families around when he popped the question.
Sadly, asking her parents for their daughter’s hand in marriage was as far as it was ever going to go. Not only was there no official engagement, but there was no ring either. It was a huge disappointment for the woman.
