Sadie Sink inadvertently inspired her first-ever on-screen kiss with Caleb McLaughlin. She was reportedly so hesitant for the kiss to happen that the shows creator decided it would actually be great to make that happen.
They were both 15 at the time and understandably nervous. It was kept a surprise from Sink until the day they were shooting the kiss, when one of the showrunners asked her if she was ready for it. Sink said she wasn’t forced into the kiss, but it just stressed her out initially.
