It was only five years after Grace had her first film role that she bid farewell to Hollywood. Her final movie came in the form of the musical rom-com High Society, where she starred alongside Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra.
Kelly’s fans weren’t ready to say goodbye to the actress, but they didn’t have much say in the matter. After all, 1956 was also the year that Grace found herself a husband. She’d hardly known her other half for long, but that didn’t stop her from tying the knot with him.
