HBO’s Veep is one of the funniest shows on television, thanks to its incredible ensemble cast led by Julia Louis-Dreyfus. The Seinfeld alum earned six consecutive Emmy awards for her role as the politician Selina Meyer, having done an amazing job despite having to shoot the series while battling cancer.
Although critics rave about the show and its sharp humor, producers felt it was time to end it, not wanting it to become boring or repetitive. The show’s seventh and final season will air this year, giving us a chance to say goodbye to Selina and her hilarious crew.
