Even after all the negativity, Mike and Matt continue to tell their mom that neither of them were happy in their own bodies before. However, since the surgeries both of them are feeling more confident than ever.
Mike admitted that he felt as though his appearance, lifestyle, and career were all bringing him down. Matt continued to add that neither of them were confident, as people would call the pair names due to their acne. Now, they are nearly unrecognizable.
