Mike and Matt heard about the premise for the TV show when on MTV’s website. What a perfect idea it seemed.
As the twins both wanted to become actors themselves, they thought there was no better way to hit the big time than by getting a headstart on the silver screen. As soon as Mike and Matt walked into the audition room they were selected; their story was far too unique to miss. MTV came under the firing line during their twelve episodes of the show, as critics believed the idea was controversial.
