What started out as one operation quickly led to another, and another, and another… even after perfecting one part of their face, the boys promptly moved on to tweak other features in an effort to look as much like Brad Pitt as possible.
To date, the twins have undergone surgeries for cheek, chin, and jaw implants, as well as identical nose jobs in a bid to perfect the Pitt. Together, Mike and Matt also have 41 porcelain veneers in an effort to recreate the actor’s signature smile.
