Anorexia is a difficult subject for anyone to approach, but people are becoming more aware of the warning signs to look out for in a loved one. The disorder affects a lot more woman than it does men, with sufferers often believing they will only be deemed as attractive if they are as slim as they can be, thus using anorexia to gain complete control over their bodies.
Sadly, Karen met all of these syndromes, with many being stunned by her appearance during a photoshoot she did for the album’s release. Karen herself stated she thought she looked pretty.
