You may remember Richard Kiel from films such as Happy Gilmore and The Longest Yard. Richard Kiel also starred in various James Bond films, including Moonraker and The Spy Who Loved Me. The actor stood at 7’2’’, which was the result of acromegaly – a condition that causes excessive levels of growth hormones. Because of his towering height, Richard Kiel was an obvious choice to play various villains and henchmen. That being said, he also had a successful career as a voice actor. He passed away in 2014.
