A third reason an unplugged wedding might be a good option is to avoid awkward moments. Hannah the photographer could, as some suggested, have asked the woman ruining her picture to step aside. But maybe it isn’t so surprising she didn’t want to risk an uncomfortable situation, perhaps even an argument, in the middle of her client’s big moment.
And having an unplugged wedding ensures a less stressed atmosphere where no one, except the wedding photographer, goes to extremes to get a good picture.
