Who could every forget Janice Hosenstein, the on-again-off-again girlfriend of Chandler who was known for her nasally voice, heavy New York accent, obnoxious laugh, and trademark scream of “OH MY GOD!” Janice, played by Maggie Wheeler, appeared in nineteen episodes over the course of the series. Although Chandler is clearly very annoyed with his long-time on-and-off lover, he always ends up going back to her.
Every time he would try to break things off, she would end up in hysterical tears, crying until he would eventually resume their relationship due to his guilt. Of course, Chandler ends up with Monica, however they still managed to bump into Janice on various occasions down the road.
