‘Lemonade’ was a hugely insightful album, with each song seeing Beyonce get more personal than ever before. However, while people picked up a lot of things in the lyrics, there was one line that really stuck out. It came at the end of ‘Sorry’ where the singer made reference to “Becky with the good hair.”
The assumption was that this was someone who Jay-Z had cheated on her with, and so fans immediately began trying to identify the culprit. It wasn’t long before they thought they’d found the answer.
