As much as people may wish to believe that “Becky with the good hair” exists, it seems she might be nothing more than a work of fiction. That’s according to one of Beyonce’s songwriters who was supposedly responsible for penning those iconic words.
Diana Gordon, who contributed several songs to the album, revealed to Entertainment Weekly that she actually came up with the line in the first place. Beyonce obviously loved it enough to include it, although she probably didn’t imagine the immense response it would receive from the fans.
