Although we know that these two went through a rough patch and that they’re now in a better place, it’s difficult to learn any more than that. Beyonce and Jay-Z are both incredibly private people, so they haven’t shared much with the public about what they’ve been going through.
If they’d had things their way, we never would have even known about the incident in the elevator. That drama would have flown entirely under the radar, and so their personal problems would have remained exclusively their business.
