Apparently, the boy’s parents are determined for him to live a life filled with chores and normal responsibilities away from the spotlight. They don’t want him being too influenced by his royal heritage, which is why he only received a Master title when he was born.
That will probably stay with him throughout his life, with the boy unlikely to receive a dukedom when he ties the knot. Of course, given there will be a different monarch in power by that point, things may well change in his favor.
