Ilithyia was a major character during the show’s first two seasons. She is the daughter of the wealthy Roman Senator Albinus, and the wife of army legatus turned praetor Gaius Claudius Glaber. She maintains a close friendship with Lucretia, until she tricks Ilithyia to sleep with Spartacus. Ilithyia becomes pregnant, and it is later confirmed that it is actually Spartacus’ child. Illithyia’s life ends tragically, after a jealous Lucretia cuts the baby from her womb, takes the child, and jumps off a cliff, leaving Illithyia to bleed to death.
