As a result of their inability to have their own biological children, Deb and Hugh decided to adopt two children. The pair adopted Oscar and Ava.
Oscar is African-American, Caucasian, Hawaiian, and Cherokee, while Ava is half Mexican and half German. The kids are probably the most well-adjusted children in Hollywood with parents like these two. Their upbringing is as normal as that of a child whose parents are accountants. Parenting wins for Hugh and Deb!
