In fact, David normally works as a bartender at the House of Oliver. He was extremely talented and mixing drinks for large crowds, but on this particular Friday evening, he was roped in to work as a server.
The wine bar was short staffed, and with so many people enjoying the warm evening, they desperately needed someone to serve the patio area. He had never been put under so much pressure, and he was really feeling the strain. He had countless people to serve, and the last thing they wanted was for them to complain.

Although David was an incredibly hard worker, he knew that he could not serve the patio area on his own. He was never ashamed to admit when he needed help, and that’s exactly what he did that evening.
Unfortunately, the restaurant had no extra servers to spare, so David had to continue his plight on his own. He had come straight from his second job, and he confessed to his co-workers that he was having a rough night. At the time, he had no idea that his night was going to get even more testing.
