Little did David know that there was a customer sitting at one of his tables that would change his life forever. This customer was a man by the name of Steffen Berr. It seemed as though Steffen was just another patron sitting outside and enjoying a meal and a drink.
Because of this, David took little to no notice of him. He was so busy making sure all of the customers had everything they wanted, that he didn’t really take the time to talk or even look at these customers. This is what made his experience with Steffen so dramatic.

Although David didn’t love his career within the service industry, it was something he knew he had to do. He needed to provide for his family, and he was going to do anything he could to do that.
Because of this, he would always plaster a smile onto his face while working. He even managed to do this after a long shift at a local casino bar. Thanks to his many years within the service industry, he had dealt with all kinds of customers – but none quite like Steffen. He was out of the ordinary.
