Although many of the guests were unsure about celebrating after what had happened, they ended up having a wild time at the reception. It would take a long time for Casey to get over what she’d been through, and it was unlikely she’d jump into a relationship anytime soon.
She had to learn to trust men again, though she was confident she’d manage that eventually. Thankfully, until then she was surrounded by loved ones who would keep her spirits up. As long as she had them, she didn’t need a man.
