As the girls were chatting and laughing the night away, Casey’s phone buzzed. It wasn’t the first time that night she’d received a text – her cell had been going off for hours. One of her friends even commented that her “phone is running hot tonight” as she went over to look at the message. Casey had expected it to be more of the same, with friends and family wishing her well the night before the wedding.
They wanted to congratulate her and tell her good luck now because they probably wouldn’t have a chance to do so before she walked down the aisle. However, this text was not from anyone she knew. The number was unfamiliar, and it didn’t belong to someone who wanted Casey to have the best day ever tomorrow. No, their intentions were the complete opposite, and it left the blushing bride lost for words.
