As the momma bear made her way back and forth along the road, Thomas noticed that her cubs were following her every move. She was leading the way, but something seemed a little off.
From his little experience with bears, he knew that her pacing was not a good sign. He couldn’t see why she would be in distress, because she had all of her cubs with her. Was there another one he couldn’t see? Was she injured? What was causing the mother bear so much agitation? He needed to find out.
