It seems as though Thomas has already inspired people across the country to look after the bears near them. In one instance, the residents of La Verne in California noticed a bear wandering around their streets.
From afar, there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with this bear. However, on closer inspection, they realized that the bear’s head was actually caught in a bucket. Officers knew that they had to step in to help, and they eventually pulled the bucket off its head before it eventually ran back into the wild.
